Copy the biosdumpv2.0.elf file to the PS2 memory card. ![]() Find the file biosdump v2.0.elf or the file with the similar filename and copy this to the USB memory stick (in my case the ipod shuffle).ģrd: plug in the USB memory stick into your PS2 and run ulaunchelf. You can open the ISO using built in disk utility on mac os x or mount it via a program such as daemon tools on windows. Btw I used an apple ipod shuffle as the usb stick for dumping the BIOS.ġst: Install freemcboot onto a memory card so that you have access to ulaunchelf (or find a method of running ulaunchelf via homebrew on the PS2).Ģnd: Download and open the iso image. This is how I did it, and may work for somebody else as it took me a while to get it to work properly. I could not get my PS2 to read CDs or DVDs in ulaunchelf. ![]() Just thought I would let people know that you can do a BIOS dump of a PS2 from a USB stick from the CD ISO image. ![]()
